Earls Court is derived from the courthouse of the Earl of Warwick and Holland.
Before its development it was an agricultural land.
England’s largest indoor arena the Earls Court exhibition centre is located here.
During World War 2, Polish immigrants took residence in Earls Court earning it the name ‘the Polish corridor’.
Following the Poles were the Australians and the New Zealanders who came in the sixties again earning Earls Court a new name ‘the Kangaroo Valley’.
